A small working group focused on reviewing and revising demographic indicators related to the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
Ontario Public Health Standards Coverage
Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) are integral to the Foundational standards and relevant to all program standards; SDOH include socio-demographic topics named in the Population Health Assessment protocol, such as: Wellbeing; Setting; Housing; Socio-Economic Status; Race/Ethnicity Immigration and Language; and Population.
