Queen's University Residences - Accommodations for APHEO Conference
The room booking system treats a 2 bedroom/shared bath unit similar to booking a hotel room with 2 beds. It is a single reservation. Each bedroom has one double bed, and door to shared bath, example layout below. They suggest guests find their own "sharer" and recommend they sort out the funds between themselves.
If both guests arrive at the same time, you can ask the front desk to charge multiple cards, one from each guest. But the 2-bedroom unit must be paid in full when the first person checks in.
